Application Procedures
Freshman Applicants: To apply:
* Complete the general application online or download a copy of the application by clicking here to apply now! Applicants must also submit all supporting documentation as listed below to the Office of Admissions:
- Application fee of $50.00 - Official high school transcripts (stamped and sealed directly from high school) - SAT/ACT scores either directly from the respective service OR from your high school - Recommendations (optional) from teachers, counselors, and/or employers - Essay or writing samples

Art applicants:
* Schedule your portfolio review by contacting the Art Department directly at 973.720.2401. * Please note that an admission decision will not be rendered until the application and the portfolio review are completed. Music Applicants: * Complete the Music Department application. * BOTH the general application and the music application must be filed concurrently. Please note: an admission decision will not be rendered until the general application, music application and audition are completed. * Classical track applicants - Make an appointment for a musical audition by contacting the department directly at 973.720.3466 or clicking this link to the Music Department Admissions webpage! * Jazz track applicants - Send your audition tape/CD to the Music Department directly by February 1 of each year.
